We started our morning with American Breakfast accompanied with tea of our choice prepared by Chef TJ. The American Breakfast we ate consists of garlic bread, scramble egg, pesto sweet potato, grilled tomatoes, sausages, and sautéed vegetables. It was a perfect breakfast to start off the day before going for the morning hike. Chef TJ and his wife joined us for breakfast and together we shared our experiences and life-related stories.

Variety of teas to choose from

After breakfast, we went for a jungle trekking guided by Chef TJ's one and only employee. It would be quite tough for a first-timer and mosquito repellent is a must to bring along for this activity. The jungle trekking takes approximately an hour plus depending on how fast a person could be. When we return, Chef TJ served us organic lemongrass barley drink.

As for lunch, Chef TJ cooked us two types of noodles served with organic red chili padi, which was grown by himself in his garden.
